Description
Ralph Demuth, Director of Technical Sales, Services and Support at IBM in Asia Pacific is an early business adopter of Web 2.0 technologies. He will present how new communication technologies emerge out of the internet community space and unleash their impact on Enterprise communication.
Explaining the term web 2.0 and giving examples of technology usage, Ralph is demonstrating how these technologies can be used to change todays markets. With "Thinking Outside of the inbox" he is showing alternative, more efficient communication styles, which can be used in every enterprise today. Unfortunately todays business users still believe that e-mail is the right answer for inhouse business communication - and therefore are drowning in the mail flood.
The presentation will outline differences between the enterprise IT architecture deployment before and after the web 2.0 revolution.
Can you imagine running your enterprise without e-mail? See it as an option after listening to this presentation!
